Rules

These rules were established to maintain high

standards of cleanliness and safety. Guest compliance

is very much appreciated.

Since every contingency cannot be covered in a set of rules, modifications may be necessary. Therefore, management reserves the right to make changes deemed necessary to these rules at any time & without notice.

  • All RV’s and Motor homes must be road ready, licensed and have current insurance and registration. 
  • Quiet Time is between 10 pm and 7 am.
  • No refunds for early departure.
  • Park Management reserves the right to refuse service to any RV based upon its appearance or condition.
  • This property is privately owned. The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of valuables.
  • RV Owners are responsible for all damages caused by themselves or their guest.
  • NO SUBLETTING without prior approval from park management.
  • Five (5) MPH speed limit in the park for all motorized vehicles.
  • All overnight guests must register with the park management.
  • Management assumes no liability for loss or damage to guest property and/or injury to a person, pet, or visitors due to the use of resort facilities or caused by others on the premises.
  • The Park is not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather, or catastrophic events.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse services, ask visitors to vacate, or deny access to anyone under any circumstances it deems necessary.
  • There will be no refunds if asked to leave the park.
  • All Site Payment, Fees, and Storage invoices are due on the 1st of the month payable by check, money order or credit card.
  • Amounts not paid in full by the close of business on the 5th of the month are subject to a $15. Past the 10th of the month a $40 late fee.
  • Failure to make arrangements to pay by the 15th of the month can result in a 72-hour notice to pay or vacate.
  • Guest returned checks will be subject to a returned check fee and will result in site fees not being payable by personal check
  • Short-term Stay Cancellation Policy – Guests receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee if cancelled before 48 hours of check-in on standard, short term reservations. After 48 hours, the reservation balance is forfeited and will not be applied to a future stay.  For holiday and event weekend reservations, guests must cancel 7 days prior to check-in in order to get a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.  Cancelling within 7 days results in a full forfeit of the reservation cost. 
  • There are no refunds for early departures.
  • All sewer hoses Must be up on a support. Park is Not responsible for unsupported hoses and damage done during maintenance.
  • Appliances will Not be allowed outside your RV. No Window units.
  • Mowing & trimming is done as needed. Please keep items in yard picked up so that we can mow completely.
  • Premises must always be kept clean and neat. No junk or trash. No outside clotheslines!
  • Household trash MUST BE thrown away in the dumpster(s) provided. No job site dumping, no furniture, appliances, or anything other than household trash will be allowed.   Do not leave trash outside in your site over night!
  • Any laundry left in the machines or in the facility overnight will be removed the following day.  Laundry should be removed from machines in a timely manner so that other guests can use the machines.
  • State law mandates the use of a sewer hose seal (threaded connector/rubber donut) – this is Mandatory
  • ALL water hoses and connections should be leak-free.
  • All RV’s MUST have a proper electrical power cord, sewer hose seal, and sewer hose support.
  • Two (2) vehicle maximum per site. All vehicles must have current registration and be in working order. NO disabled vehicles in RV site.
  • All RV’s MUST be self-contained.
  • Only one (1) RV unit per site. NO tents or tarped structures.    Any exterior structure must be approved by management.       
  • Vehicle repair and maintenance is not allowed at the RV sites.
  • Boats or trailers are NOT to be parked in RV sites. Check with management for designated boat/trailer parking.
  • All empty RV sites are subject to rental: No parking at any time and please do not allow awnings or any possessions to impede empty RV sites.
  • No fireworks, and No open-carry or illegal firearms allowed in the park. The discharge of any firearm is grounds for immediate eviction from the park.
  • Illegal drugs, as identified by the State, are prohibited in the park.
  • Public intoxication, vandalism, theft, domestic violence, and/or disorderly conduct will NOT be tolerated inside the park or the storage area. Management reserves the right to refuse any guest from public consumption of alcohol in any of the common areas. 
  • Our RV Park has a zero-tolerance policy for ANY drug use or activity. No warning will be given to guests if drug use or other activities are observed. We will contact the authorities if such activity is suspected on park grounds
  • Parents are responsible for the conduct, safety, and wellbeing of their children and financially responsible for any damages perpetrated by their children. Children must always be accompanied by an adult while outside of their RV.
  • Aggressive dogs of any breed are not permitted. If your dog displays protective or unfriendly behavior towards strangers, we kindly request that you do not bring them to our park. If such behavior is observed, we may (at our sole discretion) ask the owner and the dog to leave.
  • Pet restrictions may vary among our locations. Some parks have limited or no availability for units or cabins that allow pets. We encourage dog owners to call in advance to check availability and discuss their situation.
  • Registered service dogs are welcome at all RVPM/Honest RV parks and are subject to the same rules and restrictions listed here.
  • We welcome a maximum of two dogs per site.
  • All dogs must have documentation of current vaccinations. We may ask you to provide copies of vaccination records to our office before you check in.
  • All dogs must be under their owners’ control and visual supervision at all times. Please do not leave dogs unattended or tied up outside.
  • Except in designated off-leash dog park amenity areas, all dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet anytime they are outside.
  • Non-service dogs are not allowed in common-area buildings or pool areas. Registered service dogs must be wearing visible tags to enter these areas.
  • Disruptive, excessive, or uncontrolled barking is not allowed. If barking persists and becomes a nuisance to fellow guests, we may (at our sole discretion) ask the owner and the dog to leave.
  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and properly disposing of pet waste in designated bins.
  • Pet owners are responsible for any injuries, damage, or disturbances caused by their pets to other guests, park staff, or visitors.
  • RVPM is not responsible for the safety of your dog(s), or for any loss, damage, or injury caused to or by our four-legged guests.

Common Questions...

We accept checks, money orders, cashier’s checks and credit cards.  Guests can pay by credit card over the phone or by logging into the guest portal.

Long stay guests are required to provide pictures of all sides of their RV, complete an application, and pay a $30/person application fee.  Park staff will complete a background check and will inform guests of their approval status. This fee is non-refundable.
